These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") apply to the use of the tkok website and all services connected to it. By accessing the tkok platform, creating an account, or participating in any game, you are considered to have agreed to the full content of these Terms.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, please refrain from using tkok services. tkok reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time without prior notice. Continued use of the platform after updated Terms are published will be taken as your acceptance of the new Terms.

1 Definitions & Interpretation

The meanings of key terms used in these Terms are listed below:

• "Platform" — The tkok website and all its services, tools, and content.
• "User" or "Member" — Any person who has created an account on tkok or is using the platform.

• "Account Balance" — The total funds held in a user's account, including both real money and bonuses.

2 Account Registration & Eligibility

• Each person may create only one account. Multiple accounts belonging to the same person may be suspended or cancelled.

3 Account Security & Responsibility

4 Deposit Rules

The following rules apply when depositing funds into tkok:

• Minimum deposit amount: ৳300 (per method).
• Accepted payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Bank Transfer.
• For deposits via bank transfer, major Bangladeshi banks such as Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, or Islami Bank may be used.
• Only use a payment method registered in your own name. Deposits from third-party accounts are not accepted.
• tkok reserves the right to suspend deposits or return funds in the case of suspicious transactions.

5 Withdrawal Rules

The following conditions apply when withdrawing winnings:

• Minimum withdrawal amount: ৳1,000.
• Standard processing time: 30 minutes to 3 hours after the request is made.
• Withdrawals can only be made via the same method used for the deposit.
• Identity verification (KYC) must be completed before a withdrawal can be processed.
• Withdrawals may be temporarily limited if active bonus wagering requirements have not been met.
• tkok may request additional documents in the case of unusual or suspicious transactions.

6 Welcome Bonus & Promotional Offers

The following conditions apply to tkok's welcome bonus and other promotional offers:

• Welcome bonus: up to 150% of the first deposit, with a maximum of ৳8,000.
• Bonus example: deposit ৳1,000 and receive a ৳1,500 bonus, giving a total balance of ৳2,500. Or deposit ৳12,000 and receive the maximum ৳8,000 bonus, giving a total balance of ৳20,000.
• Wagering Requirement: 10 times the bonus amount.
• Wagering example: ৳1,500 bonus × 10 = a total of ৳15,000 in bets must be placed before winnings from the bonus become withdrawable.
• Wagering is calculated on the bonus amount only, not on the combined total of deposit and bonus.
• Each promotion may have separate conditions; please read the details on the promotions page.
• If evidence of bonus abuse or manipulation is found, tkok reserves the right to cancel the bonus and suspend the account.

7 VIP Program & Cashback

tkok's VIP program has four tiers, and weekly cashback is provided at each tier:

• Bronze: up to 0.4% weekly cashback.
• Silver: up to 0.8% weekly cashback.
• Gold: up to 1.1% weekly cashback.
• Platinum: up to 1.5% weekly cashback.

Members can advance to higher tiers by remaining regularly active on the platform. Cashback is calculated each week and credited to the accounts of eligible members.

8 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the tkok platform and may result in account cancellation and forfeiture of funds:

• Managing an account on behalf of a minor.
• Manipulating the bonus system or engaging in bonus hunting strategies.
• Money laundering or conducting suspicious financial activities.
• Creating multiple accounts to gain an unfair advantage.
• Attempting unauthorized access to or manipulation of the platform's software.
• Playing games using robots, bots, or automated software.
• Harassing other users or engaging in fraudulent behavior.

9 Gaming Rules

All games on tkok are operated by third-party providers (such as Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, JILI, Spribe, Microgaming, NetEnt, PG Soft, Ezugi, and others). Some important rules regarding games:

• The outcomes of all games are determined through RNG (Random Number Generator) technology and are completely fair.
• If a game is interrupted due to a technical issue, tkok will attempt to provide reasonable compensation where possible, though this is not guaranteed.
• The result recorded on the game provider's server will be considered final.
• Game rules, RTP, and payout structures follow the information provided by the respective game provider.

10 Sports Betting Rules

tkok allows betting on cricket (including BPL, IPL, and T20 World Cup), football, basketball, kabaddi, and other sports. Rules for sports betting:

• Once a bet is confirmed, it generally cannot be cancelled.
• If an event is postponed or cancelled, the stake for that bet will be refunded.
• tkok reserves the right to cancel bets placed at clearly incorrect odds.
• If there are indications of match fixing or manipulation, the relevant bet may be cancelled pending investigation.
• For live betting, the time recorded on the server is final in the event of any dispute arising from network delays.

11 Account Suspension & Cancellation

tkok may temporarily suspend or permanently cancel an account in the following circumstances:

• In the event of a breach of any clause of these Terms.
• In the event of failure to verify identity or provision of false information.
• In the event of suspicious or fraudulent activity.
• In the event of suspected money laundering.
• At the user's own request (self-exclusion).

The status of funds in a suspended account will depend on the outcome of the investigation. Legitimate funds are generally returned; however, funds may be forfeited in the case of accounts cancelled due to fraudulent activity.

17 Changes to Terms and Termination

tkok reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. Users will be notified through the platform before changes take effect. Continued use of the service after changes to the terms constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

tkok reserves the right to suspend or limit the service at any time without reason. In such circumstances, arrangements will be made to return any valid balance.
